Service Description
I will come and meet you and your family in your home.

We will go through what sleep issues you are currently facing, assess your little one's sleep environment and work together on making a sleep plan and settling technique.
Once your little one is ready for sleep we will work together to implement your chosen settling technique. 
There will be plenty of time for questions. 
Included:​

• Support for 7 days following home consult

• A personalised sleep plan,  available within 1 working day of home visit

• An age-appropriate routine 

• Feeding/nutritional advice

• Nap contingency plans

• Text/email support from 8am till 8pm

• 2x  further 30 minute phone calls to support you in implementing your plan

•  A closing email with information on upcoming sleep changes and routine guides
