Service description

• An initial 60 minute phone/video call to discuss your sleep concerns and needs

• A personalised sleep plan,  available within 2 working days of initial call

• An age-appropriate routine 

• Feeding/nutritional advice

• Contingency plans

• Text/email support from 8am till 8pm 

• 2x 15 minute calls to support you in implementing your plan​

•  A closing email with information on upcoming sleep changes and routine guides
